Use the result as a starting point
Check product, property and supplier-specific information before acting. Where evidence is incomplete, Nerovia withholds monetary output or explains the limitation.
Commercial services remain inactive
Formal product, account, subscription, provider and affiliate terms will be reviewed and published before any corresponding service is activated.
Your responsibilities
Use the tools lawfully, provide accurate answers and independently check information that matters to a purchase or project. Do not attempt to interfere with the service, its security or another person's access.
Intellectual property
Nerovia's name, logo, original site design, software and editorial content are owned by or licensed to the operator. You may use the public tools and retain your own result for personal, non-commercial purposes. These terms do not transfer intellectual-property rights or prevent uses permitted by law. You must not copy, resell, systematically extract or interfere with the service without permission or another lawful basis.

Third-party information and links
A third-party link or source reference does not make Nerovia the supplier of that service. Third-party sites control their own information and terms. No affiliate route is currently active; any future commercial link will be identified and governed separately.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded. Current tools are free informational aids, not professional, financial, legal, surveying or installer advice. To the extent permitted by law, Nerovia is not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when you used the service, or for business losses arising from consumer use of a free tool. You remain responsible for checking material product, property and supplier information before acting.
Availability and changes
Nerovia may correct, improve, suspend or withdraw a free tool. Material changes to these terms will be published before they apply. Nothing here limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited under UK consumer law.
Complaints
Send a clear description of a service concern to info@nerovia.co.uk. Nerovia will review the concern and respond through the available contact channel. This does not restrict any statutory right or access to a court or regulator.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Consumers living elsewhere in the United Kingdom retain any mandatory protections that apply to them and may bring a claim in the courts available under applicable consumer law.
